Interior Design Client Contract - Ace Design Haus
This Agreement is entered into between Ace Design Haus ("Designer") and the client ("Client") upon purchase of any design package.
1. Scope of Services
Ace Design Haus shall provide virtual interior design services as outlined in the selected design package. This typically includes mood boards, floor plans, curated sourcing lists, and digital renderings. Detailed specifications for your specific project are documented in your project proposal.
2. Compensation and Payment
Client agrees to pay the total design fee as specified in the service package which is required before work begins. All payments are non-refundable once the project has started. No work will be delivered until payment is received. All payments are processed through our secure digital payment portal.
3. Design Process and Revisions
The virtual design process is collaborative. Client participation is essential for project timelines. Each package includes a set number of revisions (typically two rounds). Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for providing accurate measurements, clear photographs of the space, and inspirational references. Ace Design Haus is a virtual consultancy; all implementation, contractor management, and purchasing are the sole responsibility of the Client. Client agrees to review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines. Delays in communication may result in project delays.
5. Purchasing and Sourcing
Ace Design Haus provides clickable shopping lists for convenience. We do not guarantee stock availability, shipping timelines, or quality of items from third-party vendors. Client should review vendor return policies and warranties prior to purchase. Client is responsible for executing the design plan. 3D renderings are visual representations of the design concept. Furniture and decor shown may vary slightly from final selections due to availability, sizing, or sourcing.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, and renderings remain the intellectual property of Ace Design Haus. Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these designs for their own personal residence. Ace Design Haus reserves the right to use project photos and renderings for marketing purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Virtual designs are conceptual. Dimensions provided in digital floor plans should be verified on-site by a qualified contractor before construction or purchasing. Ace Design Haus is not liable for structural changes or damages arising from Client implementation of design suggestions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with seven days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. All non-refundable payments will be retained by Ace Design Haus.
9. Timeline
Project timeline begins once all required information is received. Estimated turnaround time will be provided. Delays may occur due to client response time or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Agreement
By purchasing a design package, Client agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
By submitting your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Interior Design Client Contract.
